III. Rights, Obligations, and Liabilities of the Carrier

BSD Logistics Supply Chain Co., Ltd. shall only be liable for any consigned item based on the following provisions:

1. As the first carrier, BSD Logistics Supply Chain Co., Ltd. has the right to open and inspect express parcels without prior notice for reasons such as safety, security, customs regulations, and other legal requirements. If the sender is sending items on behalf of others, they should also provide the valid identity document of the consignor. BSD Logistics Supply Chain Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any losses caused by delays due to the above - mentioned inspections.

2. If the carriage of goods involves air transportation and the final destination country or transit country is not the country of departure, subject to the provisions of Articles 10 and 13 of these terms and conditions, the Warsaw Convention or the Montreal Convention shall apply (whichever is compulsorily applicable). In cases where neither convention applies, the liability of BSD Logistics Supply Chain Co., Ltd. shall not exceed the declared value of the goods under any circumstances, and shall be implemented in accordance with the compensation standards in this agreement. Unless otherwise proven, any loss or damage shall be presumed to have occurred during the air - transportation stage.

3. Only one claim can be made for each consigned item, and the compensation for all losses or damages related to the item is complete and final. If the sender believes that the compensation provisions in these terms and conditions are insufficient to compensate for their losses, they should purchase declared - value insurance or arrange their own insurance.

4. Unless in conflict with relevant applicable laws, all claims regarding damaged or missing goods (visible or concealed) must be submitted in writing to BSD Logistics Supply Chain Co., Ltd. within 7 calendar days after the goods are delivered (excluding delays caused by force majeure factors). Otherwise, BSD Logistics Supply Chain Co., Ltd. will no longer bear any liability. If all transportation fees have not been paid, BSD Logistics Supply Chain Co., Ltd. is not obliged to accept any claims. The claim amount cannot be used to offset the transportation fees. If the recipient does not note any damage on the express delivery record when signing for the goods, it is prima facie evidence that the goods have been delivered intact. As a condition for BSD Logistics Supply Chain Co., Ltd. to consider any claim for loss or damage, the recipient must provide the original goods and packaging materials for inspection.

5. Our express service organization adopts the method of   claim review  . You should truthfully declare the actual value of the consigned items and insure them in good faith when sending the items. When making a claim due to abnormal situations during the consignment of goods, you need to provide relevant value - proof documents of the consigned items (such as invoices, contracts, payment vouchers, etc.). If you cannot prove the true value of the consigned items, the under - insured or over - insured parts cannot be compensated. All assessments of the degree of damage or the proportion of loss of the goods shall be solely determined by the absolute discretion of BSD Logistics Supply Chain Co., Ltd.

6. For undeliverable consigned items, if the recipient requests a return, the sender shall bear the round - trip transportation fees.

7. The company has the right to retain express parcels for which the due fees have not been paid. If the fees remain unpaid within 3 months after being urged, the retention period is deemed to have expired. If the sender still fails to pay the full amount, our company has the right to sell the goods at a reasonable price and has the priority to be compensated.

IV. Compensation Methods and Standards

1. Our company charges basic freight based on the weight/volume of the consigned items (not the value of the goods), and the compensation standard is also based on the freight paid by the sender. If you think our compensation standard does not meet your interests, please choose a suitable channel to protect your rights.

2. Whether the Warsaw Convention or the Montreal Convention applies, our company s compensation standard is to waive the freight for the lost part of the goods and compensate twice the freight of the lost part (by weight/volume). If you think this compensation standard is insufficient to cover your losses, you should purchase additional declared - value insurance of the same amount in advance according to the actual value of the consigned items.

3. For losses caused by factors beyond our control, such as bad weather, natural disasters, strikes, wars, the nature of the goods themselves, the fault of the sender or the recipient, customs inspections, and government policies, our company will not bear any liability.

4. For easily - leaking and fragile products such as liquids and glass products, please pack them yourself. Our company only guarantees against loss, not damage.

5. Situations where the authenticity of product loss cannot be verified, such as when the outer box is intact but the product is missing, are not within the scope of compensation. Situations where the outer box of the goods is damaged, but the physical goods are not lost or damaged and can be verified are also not within the scope of compensation.

6. Losses caused by the goods not meeting government entry requirements due to being prohibited, under - declared, not declared, misdeclared, or due to customs inspection sampling and government department sampling are not within the scope of compensation.

7. Express Delivery Delays: We will make reasonable efforts to deliver express parcels in accordance with normal delivery standards. However, these standards are not binding and do not form part of the contract between our company and the sender. Our company will not be liable for any losses (including food expiration, etc.) or damages caused by transportation delays.

8. The service standard for international shipments is from our Chinese receiving warehouse to our overseas storage warehouse. If you need value - added services, please purchase them separately from the customer service and relevant salespersons. Value - added services are not covered by our insurance.
